Charles F. Darelius

Charles F. Darelius, 93, of Cromwell, widower of Helen Larson Darelius, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 20, 2010. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Carl and Hulda Kullberg Darelius. He was a graduate of University of Rhode Island and was employed at Kennicott Wire, Hudson Wire, and the Town of Winchester Public Works Dept, before retiring. He was a dedicated member of Pilgrim Covenant Church in Granby, where he served as Church Chairman, as a Sunday School Teacher, and where he was a member of Progressive Pilgrims. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM at Pilgrim Covenant Church in Granby. Burial will follow in Granby Cemetery. A period of visitation will be held at church on Friday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
