Brunilda Madera Morales

Brunilda Madera Morales, 78, formerly of New Britain, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023 at the Hebrew Home in West Hartford.  Born in San German, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Tomas Madera and Rose Herminio Morales.  She was a member of St. Mary Church in New Britain.

Surviving are two daughters, Carol Rivera and Estella Perez; four grandchildren, Alfred Rivera Jr., Valerie Perez, Giancarlo Perez, and Jesus Daniel Perez; a brother, Rafael Madera; and a sister, Maria Madera.

Calling hours are Friday, Oct. 27, 2023 from 6-8 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Church.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
