Barbara Annette Schultz

Barbara Annette Schultz passed away after a brief illness October 15 ^th . She was born in New Britain December 19, 1935, daughter of Julius and Emma Schultz. After graduating from Central Connecticut State University, she worked for many years at the Stanley Works, living in New Britain most of her life but also in Plainville for many later years. She was very active in St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church for many years, and was most recently in Arbor Rose in New Britain. Not being one to sit still, she was a willing and participating volunteer for many causes that touched her heart. She was predeceased by siblings Clara (Schultz) Muller, Bernard Schultz, Hulda (Schultz) Junker, and Alma (Schultz) Schrader Longaker. She leaves behind 12 nieces and nephews plus many great and great great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Section 37, in New Britain on Saturday at 11 AM, arranged by Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of New Britain.
