Arvid H. Ritchie

Arvid H. Ritchie “Joe”, 79, of Port St. Lucie, FL, and formerly of Kensington, CT, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at St. Lucie Hospice House in Fort Pierce, FL.  He was the husband of the late Doris (Seipel) Ritchie.

Born in Bristol, CT, he was the son of the late Donald Howard Ritchie and Mildred (Okenquist) Ritchie.  He was a former Plainville and Kensington resident before moving to Florida.  He was a U.S. Airforce Veteran and was formerly employed as a Durable Medical Equipment Mechanic.

Surviving are two sons, Stephen Arvid Ritchie and his wife Barbara of Kensington and Robert Lewis Ritchie and his wife Rachel of St. Lucie FL.; and two grandchildren, Michelle Ritchie and Taylor Ritchie.
