Angelica Acevedo

Angelica Acevedo, 70, of New Britain, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain.

Born in Maunabo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Gregorio Colon and Alejandrina Rodriguez.  Angelica was a New Britain resident for over 60 years and was formerly employed at Emhart and later at Ledgecrest Convalescent Home before retiring.  She was a member of St. Mary Church.

She leaves behind five children, Raul Acevedo Jr, Anna Marie McKenzie, Belinda Acevedo, Daniel Acevedo, and Victor Acevedo and his Companion Jesse Figueroa.  Two Sisters Antonia Ortiz, Hilda Jusino and her Husband Angel and her Brother Raymond Colon.  Many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews.
