Angela Lynn Moccio

Angela Lynn Moccio, 51, of East Haddam, formerly of New Britain, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025 at Middlesex Hospital.

Angela was born on April 2, 1974 in New Britain, Connecticut to the late Nicholas Moccio of New Britain and the late Denise Russell of New Britain. She attended Mark T. Sheehan High School. Angela was an avid animal lover and enjoyed growing flowers.

Angela was loved and is survived by her partner of twenty-five years, Joseph Reale, Jr. of East Haddam. She is also survived by her sons, Kyle Nunez of New Britain, Geovanny Martinez of New Britain, and Joseph (JoJo) Reale, III of East Haddam, her daughter, Maria Martinez of Waterbury, and was predeceased by her son, James Calvo (Little Jimmy). Angela is also survived by nine grandchildren, Jayvien Nunez, Isaiyah Nunez, Kalynn Nunez, Ezra Nunez, Geovanny Martinez, Mia Martinez, Aria Martinez, Elias Martinez, and Aradhya Martinez; her sisters, Nickola Cunha of Wallingford, and Cherokee Dobrushkin of Cheshire; her brother, Michael Moccio of New Britain; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Angela was loved dearly and will be missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 South Main Street, New Britain, CT 06051.
