Angel L. Torres

Angel L. Torres, 72, of New Britain passed away on Saturday surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Ada Rodriguez.

Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, Angel has been a New Britain resident for over 45 years.

In addition to his wife, Angel is survived by his three sons Angel Torres, Victor Guisao, and Angel Luis Guisao, seven daughters Anna Ruiz, Melissa Baloniti, Angelina Randall, Carmen Rodriguez, Cynthia Irizarry, Margarita Guisao, and Iris Canela, twenty-nine grandchildren, and forty-eight great grandchildren, 4 sisters, Justina Torres, Carmen Torres, Nydia Ruiz, Rafaela Gonzalez and brother Oscar Gonzalez and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12 noon at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
