Ali Musses, 55, of Plainville, but from New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2024 at home. Born in the Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Chabelino Musses and Carmen Jimenez Rosado. Ali was formerly employed at the Friendship Service Center in New Britain as a Shelter Manager for thirteen years and later at the Blessed House in Plainville. She was a member of St. Mary Church in New Britain.
Surviving are her children, Jasmyra Padilla Velez, Antonio Padilla, Rafael Velez, and Jeffrey Chavez; two sisters, Nilsa Rosado and Debra Rosado; a brother, Edwin Rosado; her grandchildren, Alize, Januel, Anilitsa, Josiah, Jeremiah, Yoeliel, Lejend and Zoey, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In addition to her parents, Ali was predeceased by a brother, Luis Rosado.
Ali was an all around animal lover especially for cats. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts on her free time and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her true crime and documentary channels, always being the first one to update you on a case going on somewhere. She will be tremendously missed by everyone.
Funeral services and calling hours will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St., New Britain.
