Alex Cortes

Alex Cortes, 28, of New Britain, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 at the Hospital of Central CT.  Born in New Britain, he was a lifelong New Britain resident.

Surviving are his parents, Gustavo Cortes Jr. and Maribel Acuna; a brother, Antonio Cortes and his wife Saranjeli Cortes; a sister, Melissa Cortes and her husband David Cartagena; his paternal grandparents, Gustavo Cortes Sr. and Carmen Torres; his maternal grandparents, Aida Colon and Hector Colon; aunts and uncles, Yashira S. DiNardi, Aida Acuna, Carlos Acuna, Jose Cortes, Edgardo Acuna, and Johnny Cortes; and his cousins, Keishla Cortes, Alyssa Acuna and Juan Cortes Jr.
