Agnes (Satalino) McDougall, 97, formerly of New Britain and Berlin, passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at Avery Heights in Hartford. She was the widow of Harold McDougall who died in 1977. Agnes was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Marianna (Recck) Satalino and was the last survivor of her brothers and sisters, Thomas and Roger Satalino, Mary Rossman, Rose Dagata and Angela Harris. She resided in New Britain for many years until her husband passed away in March of 1977 and moved to Berlin with her daughter and son-in-law until moving to Avery Heights. Agnes was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker who will be remembered for her great cooking, love of gardening, and especially playing bingo, playing daily lotto numbers, and watching her favorite team, "The Yankees". She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Zucchi and her husband Foster of Berlin, Patricia Ferrannini and her husband John of Watervliet, NY; one son, Michael McDougall of Palm Bay, FL; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Denise McDougall. The family would like to thank Avery Heights for their excellent care, compassion and devotion provided to Agnes. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Paul's Church in Kensington. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday morning from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 So. Main St, New Britain.
