Aglae “Aggie” Luciano, 79, of New Britain, passed away peacefully on Tuesday at the Hospital of Central CT, New Britain.
Born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Bernandino and Victoria (Centeno) Gonzalez. Aggie has been a longtime New Britain resident, moving her from Puerto Rico forty years ago. She worked as a Nursing Tech at the Hospital of Central CT, New Britain for many years. Aggie was a member of St. Mary Church.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Isa and Ric Criscitello, Jr. of Southington, her son Eloy Luciano of New Britain, her seven grandchildren, Rick III, Jacob, Gabriel, Rachel, Isabella, and Nina Criscitello, and Kolby Kuszek, her brother Orlando Gonzalez of Puerto Rico, and her four sisters, Ana Gonzalez, Ana Selenia, Nora Cancel, and Nelly Rodriguez, all of New Britain.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at St. Mary Church, 544 Main St., New Britain. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Friday evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Church. Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to www.Veterans4.org, an International disaster response organization supporting the people of Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria .
